Subscription Terms

The trial

Every new membership begins with a 7-day free trial that opens everything Find North offers. Full access from day one.

The trial is available once per person. Cancel anytime before your trial ends and you won't be charged. When it ends, nothing you wrote disappears — your space becomes read-only until you continue your membership.

The membership

There is one membership. Monthly and annual are only ways to pay for it, and both open exactly the same experience — including North Together, North Household, Play Together, the North Library, Northbound and everything else.

Prices are shown in US dollars. The final amount, currency and any sales tax or VAT are calculated and displayed at checkout based on where you are.

• Find North All Access, billed monthly — $20 per month.
• Find North All Access, billed annually — $199 per year.

Billing and renewal

• Your membership renews automatically each month or each year, depending on the billing option you chose, until you cancel.
• You'll be charged using the payment method you gave at checkout.
• Invoices and receipts are available in your billing portal.
• You can hold only one active membership at a time. Switching between monthly and annual modifies the membership you already have — it never creates a second one.

Switching between monthly and annual

You can move between monthly and annual billing at any time from the billing portal. Nothing about your access changes, because both options open the same full experience; the amount is adjusted by our payment provider for the period you're in.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, your access continues while our payment provider retries. We will not silently cut you off mid-thought. You'll see a quiet note asking you to update your payment method, and if the retries are eventually exhausted the membership is cancelled and your space becomes read-only.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Membership in your settings, or through the billing portal. There is no cancellation fee and no exit interview.

When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, your space becomes read-only: everything you ever wrote stays readable, searchable and exportable, and nothing new is created until you come back.

Who takes the payment

Subscriptions are sold by Bella Rose LLC, trading as Find North. Card payments, billing and invoicing are processed on our behalf by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details. Billing questions, refunds and cancellations are handled by us at home@findnorth.us.

Price changes

If we change the price of a membership, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it affects you, and you can cancel before it does. We will never change the price of a period you've already paid for.
