Refund Policy

The 30-day guarantee

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason, including simply changing your mind. You don't need to explain yourself, and using the product during that time doesn't disqualify you.

How to request one

• Write to home@findnorth.us and we will start it for you, or
• reply to any billing email from us — either reaches the same place.
• Have the email address you used at checkout to hand — it's how your order is found.

What happens next

Once approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method. Banks usually take between three and ten business days to show it.

Refunding a membership ends it. Your writing is not deleted — your space simply becomes read-only, and everything you wrote stays readable and exportable.

Renewals

After the first 30 days, monthly renewals are generally not refundable, because you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. That said, if a renewal genuinely caught you by surprise, write to us — we'd rather be fair than technically correct.

Who processes it

Subscriptions are sold by Bella Rose LLC, trading as Find North. Card payments, billing and invoicing are processed on our behalf by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details. Billing questions, refunds and cancellations are handled by us at home@findnorth.us.

Refunds are issued by us and returned by Stripe to the card you paid with.
